After the onboarding of Sergi and Germán, we expanded our business activity to the sale and rental of homes, buildings, premises, offices and warehouses.
In 1995, we launched the Management of Property Assets and rental management and, in 1997, the Management of Estates and Owner Communities.
At the end of 1999, we moved our offices to Muntaner street, where we centralised our Property Management. As a result of our expansion, in 2008, we set up the Sales and Investment Department in our second branch on Amigó street.
In 2019, for the convenience of our clients and team, we decided to integrate the two Almendros offices into a single, modern space located on Avenida Pau Casals in Barcelona.
